This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in Chesterfield, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, October 21st with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, October 23rd at the home. At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from walter@havegavelwilltravel.net. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER Shipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from the St. Charles location on Tuesday, October 29th and will call or email you for payment and insurance options. This typically takes 1 week. Please contact them for quotes or questions. If you do not contact us VIA EMAIL by end of business day on pick up, your items will not be sent with the courier. There is a $5 courier fee to get your items to shipper.
