Lot: 2001 - Tournaphone Paper Roll Organette

This machine in its walnut cabinet has its original finish and elaborate stenciling in average as found original condition with a few scratches and abrasions here and there. See photos. The top cover has a hinged glass panel in a wooden frame that is intended to give expression and mute the sound or increase the volume when desired. One of the hinges on the top cover has pulled away and will need to be reattached. The mechanism appears complete and has evidence of an older restoration to the pump. Plays a 25 note paper roll 13-1/2" wide. The machine comes with one roll in fair condition with some edge damage. When attempting to play the machine it appears to have plenty of vacuum and wants to play however the roll feed mechanism has a rubber friction tire that is old and hard and as a result does not advance the roll properly. If you manually advance the roll it seems to sound ok. This will need repair. Cabinet measures 17-1/2' W X 13-1/2" D X 11-1/2' T

Lot: 2002 - Edison Triumph Cyl Phonograph w/Repeater & Horn

This machine in its oak cabinet has been refinished and redecaled both on the cabinet and the cover.. Has original Edison Type O reproducer with 2 good stylus. The reproducer is made of pot metal and is swollen and stuck in the carriage. Also the bar that holds the stylus' is missing a small flat spring which is intended to apply tension to hold the bar in its proper place. As a result of the missing spring the stylus bar flips from side to side more freely than it should. This 2 and 4 minute Model B mechanism is fitted with a repeating attachment. The repeater appears complete and is in working order. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech and bed plate have their original black paint and pinstripes however there is evidence of heavy rust beneath the paint and is in overall poor condition. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs, Also included is an original folding floor horn support . The support has all its original parts and appears complete. Has well worn nickel plating with some rust and pitting throughout, Also included is a large 43" L all brass horn with a 20-1/2" D bell. Horn is in fair condition with numerous dents and wrinkles on the body. See photos. Cabinet measures 18" W X 12-1/2" D X 14" T.

Lot: 2003 - Columbia Type AG Grand Cylinder Phonograph w/Horn

This machine in its attractive oak cabinet has its original finish and decal in good original condition. Has original Columbia aluminum floating #4 reproducer with a good stylus. Has some of its original pot metal carriage parts however several of the pieces have been correctly copied and replaced with aluminum parts. The entire cueing and transport assembly is in good working order. This assembly is also fitted with a shaver. Has a desirable cast iron upper mech with its original black paint and pinstripes with the usual wear. Has aluminum bed plate with its original black paint with some peeling. See photos. Carriage and 5" D mandrill move freely. Has its original slotted cast iron winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an original after market horn support assembly which appears to be complete although all the parts are all old and original parts and they all fit together but they appear to be a marriage from other makers with some modifications. The nickel plating is well worn with some pitting and rust. Also included is an all brass 30" L horn with a 13" D bell in average condition with some dents and wrinkles mainly on the body. Cabinet measure 12" W X 10" D X 13" T. A handsome addition to any collection.

Lot: 2004 - Columbia Type Q Cyl Phonograph w/Cast Iron Base

This machine with its original, not often seen, ornamental cast iron base with its original nickel plating is well worn with pitting, rust and peeling plating. See photos. This attractive embossed nickel plated base with lions paw feet was made by Columbia and sold by Sears. The mechanism has its original nickel plating which is also well worn with heavy pitting, rust and peeling plating throughout. Has its original floating #3 Q reproducer with a good stylus. Has its original winding key and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an original 14" L black and brass horn with a 7" D bell which is in fair condition with numerous scratches, dents and wrinkles. .Base measures 12-1/2" W X 9" D X 3-1/2" T

Lot: 2005 - Styx - French/Swiss? Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its nicely figured walnut cabinet has its original finish in overall good condition. Has numerous holes which is evidence of wood worms mainly on the bottom board and to a lesser degree on the sides of the cabinet. See photos. This is a reverse style cabinet that has the motor board and mechanism that is intended to be turned over for carrying and transport eliminating the need for a cover. Has an original floating style reproducer with a good stylus. The upper mechanism and bed plate have their original nickel plating which is in good condition. Has its original winding key and the motor winds and runs, The horn is an older high quality reproduction aluminum 13" horn with a 10-1/4" D bell in good condition with a brass ferrel at the small end of the horn for reinforcement. Cabinet measures 13-1/2" W X 10-1/2" D X 8" T.

Lot: 2006 - Excelsior German Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its pine cabinet has its original finish with the usual wear here and there. The reverse type cabinet is intended to be turned over and latched into place for carrying and transport, eliminating the need for a cover. Has its original carrying handle. Has an original aluminum floating style reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint and red pinstripes in good condition with the usual wear. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is its 10-1/4' L reproduction aluminum horn and a 8" D bell in good condition. The cabinet measures 10" W X 7" D X 6-1/2" T.

Lot: 2007 - Pillards Echo Phone Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its birch cabinet has its original finish and large banner decal in average condition with some finish loss and flaking here and there on both the cabinet and decal. See photos. Has an original aluminum Columbia #2 Eagle reproducer with a good stylus. Carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech which is essentially a Columbia Eagle copy has its original nickel plating in good condition. Has replacement governor straps and weights. Has its original winding key and the motor winds and runs. Typical to this type of European machine, the motor board and mechanism are intended to be turned over and latched into place for carrying and transport eliminating the need for a cover. Has its original all brass European core de chase hunting style horn is 17" T when installed with a 10-1/2" D bell with several dent s and wrinkles as well as a older solder repair Over work hardening cracks. Cabinet measures 13-1/2" L X 9" D X 6-1/2 " T.

Lot: 2008 - Hicks Style Mechanical Dulcimer

This barrel operated mechanical dulcimer in its walnut cabinet featuring highly figured matched veneers has its original finish with gold painted highlights in overall good condition with some peeling paint on the gold highlighted pilasters. Might date from 1850's or 1860"s. There is evidence of an older restoration with evidence of alterations made to the back of the cabinet, such as plywood back, etc The mechanism is in tact and plays and is in need of some tuning and repairs. The barrel has 8 tunes and 22 notes. The cabinet overall dimensions are 15" W X 14" D X 37-1/2: T..

This machine with its cast iron bed plate has its original black paint with the usual wear. Has an unmarked long throat Columbia style reproducer. Has its original upper and lower support arms and brass horn elbow. The motor assembly has its original nickel plating in original condition. Has its original slotted winding crank and turntable. The motor winds and runs and could use some lubrication. Also included is a 14" L steel horn with a 8-1/2" D steel bell. Has its original black paint and pinstripes with a few minor scrapes and dings. The iron base plate measures 7-1/2" L X 6-1/4" W. A good honest survivor..

Lot: 2010 - Edison Standard 2 Latch Square Top Cyl Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet withy mostly original finish is in overall good condition. The 2 cabinet latches are present in good working order. Has an original top carrying handle however the very top board of the cover appears to be a replacement. Looks good and presents well. Has a very early lever type standard reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage is fitted with a shaving attachment. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint and gear cover in good condition. Has its original cast iron slotted winding crank. The motor winds and runs. It is a bit sluggish and could use lubrication. Also included is a reproduction 15" steel "funnel shaped" horn with a 6-1/2" bell in good condition. Cabinet measures 11-1/2" W X 8-1/2" D X 9" T. A nice example of a good machine

Lot: 2011 - Columbia Type N Bijou Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet with its original finish and large banner decal all of which are in as found original condition. In the tail of the banner decal it states American Graphophone Company, Washington, D.C., however there is evidence that a dealer tag had been placed over the area and then later removed leaving 4 small nail holes in this area. The bottom board is slightly moisture affected with some veneer peeling on the underside and is not visible. This machine has an original aluminum #2 Eagle reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and bullet shaped mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original nickel plating in average condition. The nickel plated bedplate has rust and pitting around the perimeter See photos. Has its original slotted winding crank and the motor winds and runs but is a bit sluggish and needs some lubrication. Also included is an original 14" L black and brass horn with a 7" D bell. The brass bell and horn body have several dents and wrinkles and some rust and the body appears to have been repainted. Also included is a listening tube attachment with original ear pieces and brass connector. The rubber tubing is still soft and pliable but a bit dirty. Cabinet measures 11-1/2" W X 7-1/2" D X 10" T. A good honest machine.

Lot: 2012 - Edison 4 Latch Square Top Cyl Phonograph

This machine in its early 4 latch style oak cabinet has its original finish which appears to have been varnished over some time ago but is in otherwise good condition. The 4 latches are all present and all in good working order. Has an early original Model C reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage is fitted with a shaving attachment and the carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint and pinstripes in good condition with the usual wear. Has its original slotted cast iron winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an after market adjustable horn support which is complete in fair condition with some rust and pitting in the plating. Also included is an original 24" L all brass horn with a 11-1/2" D bell. The diamond shaped hanging bale reinforcement on the horn is marked "Standard Metal MFG CO., Newark, NJ" is lightly tarnished with a few minor dings and in otherwise good condition. Cabinet measures 12-1/2" W X 9" D X 9-1/2" T. A good honest machine.

Lot: 2013 - Edison Home Phono & Horn, Lid, 6 Cylinder Records

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and large banner decal all of which are in good condition with the exception of a few minor nicks and scratches as well as a veneer chip on the cover. The model B 2 minute mechanism has an original model C reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has it original black paint and pinstripes in average condition with the usual wear. Has its original winding crank with some rust and pitting and the motor winds and runs. Also included is a reproduction 14" L black and brass horn and a 7" D bell all of which are in good condition. Also included are 6 2-minute black wax Edison cylinders of various titles all of which appear to be in good condition and are in Edison cylinder boxes. The cabinet measures 16" W X 9" D X 12-1/2" T.

Lot: 2014 - Lucca German Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish as well as its cover. The machine has a large banner decal all of which is in good condition. Has its original reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint and pinstripes with the usual wear.. Has its original winding key and the small clock work motor winds and runs but is a bit sluggish needing some lubrication. Has its original 10" L aluminum horn with an 8" D bell. The horn has numerous dings and wrinkles and appears to have been straightened some time ago. See photos. Has its original horn support rod and hardware. Cabinet measures 10" W X 7-1/4" D X 9" T. A nice unusual machine.

Lot: 2015 - Polyphone Prototype or Patent Model Cyl Phonograph

This unusual machine in its hand built mahogany cabinet with an accessory drawer containing miscellaneous parts has its original finish and hardware in overall good condition with the usual wear. The top cover has several shrinkage racks as well as a few nail holes but is in otherwise good condition. See photos. The upper mech and bedplate have their original nickel plating in overall good condition with some minor surface rust, pitting and light oxidation. The carriage and mandrill move freely. Has its original winding key. The motor winds and runs, Also included are 2 original 14" L aluminum horns with 7-1/4"D bells. Both horns have their appropriate original elbows all of which are in good original condition with a few minor dings. The unusual carriage with its 2 reproducers is nicely in tact as well as all of its original knobs and levers. Throughout the years, this unusual machine has been studied by several experts who are of the opinion that this most likely prototype/patent model may been made by the Waltham Watch Company of Massachusetts. Other experts feel that the reproducers appear to have been shopped built in such a way to get around the Edison patents. The entire phonograph appears to have been hand made and is very early judging by the square top cabinet and winding key. The reproducers are very early lever style with glass diaphragms. Has a cast aluminum mandrill and a wooden pulley. The top carriage and bed plate appear to be finely hand made. The gears and the motor do not appear to be from another phonograph but unique to this machine. There appears to have been some changes made in the winding area and a damaged gear with some extra parts. Cabinet measures 16" W X 8" D X 11" T.. Most likely one of a kind. A must for a serious collector.

Lot: 2016 - Columbia Type BC "20thC" Cylinder Phonograph

This impressive machine in its second style massive oak cabinet has its original finish and decals all of which are in good original condition. The large top cover has all its original hardware. The massive Higham reproducer and carriage all appear to be in good as found condition with some wear and pitting of the nickel plating. Mandrill and carriage move freely. Appears to have its original amber wheel and tension strap with a good stylus. The machine runs and plays however it is sluggish and emits a squealing sound from the amber wheel. This will need some attention. The upper mech has its original black paint and pinstripes in average condition with the usual wear. The large nickel plated bedplate has some pitting and peeling but is in fair condition. Has its original winding crank and the massive three spring motor winds and runs. Also included is a 16" L brass and black reproduction horn with a 9" D brass bell all of which are in good condition. Cabinet measures 19-1/2" L X 14" D X 17-1/2" T.. A good honest machine needing some minor attention and tweaking.

Lot: 2017 - Hand Built Novelty Phonograph

This machine was made from a piece of furniture. The hand crank mechanism appears to be a small bench grinder that still has its grinding wheel . Has an off brand reproducer and the horn appears to be some part of a lamp. Has numerous pencil markings by the maker. Probably a school project from 1974. See photos.

Lot: 2018 - Columbia Type A Cylinder Phonograph w/Horn

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and large banner decal all of which are in good original condition. Has an original #2 aluminum Eagle reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and cueing mechanism are made entirely of brass and have their original nickel plating in average condition and move and engage properly. The cast iron upper mech has its original black paint which is well worn and the decal and pinstripes are barely visible. The nickel plated bedplate has its original plating in fair condition. The mandrill turns freely Has its original slotted winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an original 14" L brass and black horn with a 7"D brass bell. The bell and body have several dents and wrinkles all of which are in fair condition. Cabinet measures 11-1/2" X 7" D X 10" T. A good honest machine.

Lot: 2019 - Oxford / Columbia BVT Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish which is in overall good condition with a few minor marks and abrasions. This 2 minute machine has its original reproducer/carriage assembly with a good stylus. The carriage and cueing mechanism all move freely and engage properly. The mandrill moves freely. The upper mech has its original nickel plating in overall good condition with some minor spots and pitting. See photos. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Has its original back bracket, horn elbow, and telescoping tone arm all of which are in average condition and move freely. The cast iron horn elbow has a small chip in the iron near the top. See photos. Has its original ten panel steel horn which has its original black paint and pinstriping in average condition. The horn has several dents and wrinkles. The horn measures 17" D X 18" L. The cabinet measures 10-1/2" L X 7-1/2" D X 8-1/2" T. A good, honest machine.

Lot: 2020 - Edison Home Cylinder Phono w/Horn Support

This machine is an Edison Home Model B. Both the oak cabinet and cover have their original finish and large black and gold banner decal. All of which are in good original condition with a few minor scrapes and abrasions here and there. Has an original Model; C reproducer with a good stylus. Carriage and mandril move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint and pinstripes in good condition with the usual minor wear. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an original after market horn support assembly. This assembly is complete and has its original nickel plating with some rust, peeling, and oxidation. Also included is an original after market brass and black horn. The horn measures 31" long with a 16-1/4" brass bell. The brass bell is in good condition and lightly oxidized with no major dents or wrinkles. The body of the horn has its original black paint with surface rust throughout and it has a clear brightly colored decal with the name TTCO on the decal in good condition. Cabinet ,measures 16-1/2" W X 9" D X 12" T This is a nice surviving ensemble and would be a nice machine for any collection.

Lot: 2021 - Mechanical Musette Paper Roll Organette

This machine in its walnut cabinet has its original dark brown finish with gold stenciling has some finish loss and deterioration mainly on the top and front. See photos. The two hinged top covers, one giving access to the roll mechanism, and the other for volume and expression, this one has remnants of operating instructions (about 40% eaten by silver fish). Has an older restoration and is in good condition and plays loud and strong. Comes with 3 paper rolls. Cabinet measures 14-1/2" W X 2" D X 12-1/2" T.

Lot: 2022 - Bijou Orchestrone Paper Roll Organ

This machine in its wood cabinet has its original dark brown finish and stenciling which is dark and dirty with some finish loss mainly on the left and front sides. See photos. Cabinet also features 2 hinged top covers one of which has operating instructions and also used for expression and to regulate the volume and the second larger cover gives access to the mechanism for roll changing. The sides of the cabinet are embossed featuring a plant like/floral design and in the front of the cabinet is a decorative front grill. The mechanism has an recent (2017) restoration. Has its original operating cranks.. It is in good playing condition and plays loud and strong. Cabinet measures 17" L X 14" D X 13" T. Also included are 16 original paper rolls of various titles. All of them appear dirty and worn with evidence of having been repaired. Each of them has a handwritten label and title and they appear to be playable. All of the rolls are housed in a small wooden box.

Lot: 2023 - Edison 4 Latch Suitcase Home Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and large red and gold banner decal all of which are in clean original condition with the exception of a few minor scrapes and abrasions on the banner decal. The four cabinet latches are present and in good working order. Has an automatic reproducer with a good stylus and glass diaphragm. The carriage is fitted with a shaving attachment. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech and bed plate have their original black paint and well worn pinstripes Has a desirable original slotted cast iron winding crank has a metal tag featuring the National Phono Co. Unfortunately this desirable crank has evidence of having been repaired at the slotted end but still works properly. Motor winds and runs. Also included is an original horn support assembly which clamps onto the bottom board of the cabinet.. This adjustable assembly is complete however it is pitted and rusted with approx. 20% of nickel plating remaining. Also included is a 24" L all brass horn with 9-12" D bell . Horn is lightly tarnished with numerous minor dents and wrinkles on the bell and body. See photos. Cabinet measures 16-1/2" L X 8" D X 12" T. A nice example of a good honest machine.

Lot: 2024 - Reproduction "Tinfoil Phonograph

This hand built replica is a bit on the crude side has a wooden base with its reproducer, horn and mandrill appear to be cleverly made out of common household items. Has an old cast iron flywheel coming from a farm implement made by R. Nery in 1994 from Sheboygan Falls, WI. Wooden base measures 12-1/2" W X 9-3/4" D X 2" T

Lot: 2025 - Gately Paper Roll Automatic Organ

This machine in its walnut cabinet has its original finish and gold stenciling. Has usual wear here and there but otherwise inn good condition. The top cover has a spring loaded wooden flap to give expression and regulate volume. Also inside the top cover are the original operating instructions which shows staining and insect damage. The mechanism which plays paper rolls is complete and in good working order. Has evidence of an older restoration and plays loud and strong and consists of 4 paper rolls, one modern recut and three well work originals. Cabinet measures 12-1/2" W X 12-1/2"D X 9-12" T.

Lot: 2026 - Little Dot Organette

This machine in its wood cabinet with its original finish and gold stenciling has the usual wear here and there and mainly on the edges. See photos. Little to nothing is known about this organette. This example was restored a good number of years ago and plays well. Comes with 2 modern recut music sheets Cabinet measures 8-1/2'W X 7-1/2" D X 9-1/2" T..

Lot: 2027 - Edison Fireside Cylinder Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and decal in average condition with some finish loss mainly on the top cover. The cover has all its original hardware. Has an original combination K reproducer with 2 good stylus'. This Model A 2/4 minute mechanism has its original black paint and pinstripes in average condition with the usual wear mainly on the pinstripes. Has its original winding crank and gear cover and the motor winds and runs. Has a one piece steel horn support rod which is rusted and appears to be homemade. Also included is a 19-1/2" L one piece 8 panel older reproduction steel horn in fair condition which is 12" W at the large end. The black paint has some minor rust and decals have some peeling. See photos. Cabinet measures 11-1/2" W X 9" D X 11"T.

Lot: 2028 - European Puck Style Cylinder Phonograph

This black and gold ornamental lyre shaped cast iron base plate appears to have been totally repainted Has a typical puck style reproducer has been replated and has a good stylus. Has a replacement winding key. Motor housing and mandrill appear to have been replated. The motor winds and runs. Has a 13" L zinc horn with a 6-1/4" D bell in average condition with some minor dents and wrinkles. See photos. Has all its original support hardware. The iron base measures 11-1/2" L X 5" W.. The overall machine with horn is 2" T.

Lot: 2029 - Pathe Cylinder 2 Minute Phonograph " La Gaulois"

Loosely based on a Edison Gem this machine has a cast iron housing that .has its original black paint and gold pinstriping featuring the Pathe rooster trademark which is in good original condition. Has a black composite reproducer with a metal ring and a good stylus, Has its original winding key and the motor winds and runs. Also includes an original 10" L spun aluminum horn which is 8" D at the large end and has a brass ferrel at the small end. Horn has evidence of having been straightened and is a bit wrinkly as well as some pitting. Housing measures 8" W X 6" D X 7" t.

Lot: 2030 - J. Kamenik Czech Barrel Type Organ

This barrel organ in its wooden cabinet which is made of various woods has its original finish with the usual nicks and scrapes from many years of use. The cabinet features a decorative wooden front grill, turned wooden pilasters, inlaid panel with the maker's name and city of origin and 4 brass reinforced corners. Has its original leather carrying strap and has its original operating crank. The barrel operated mechanism has a large 13" L X 5" D wooden barrel which plays 7 tunes. Inside the top cover is a tune card listing the titles of the 7 selections in English and in Czech. Has evidence of an older restoration but plays loud and strong. Cabinet measures 17-1/2" L X 8-1/2" D X 17-1/4" T..

Lot: 2032 - Hawthorne & Shevle Encased Edison Home Cyl Phono

This attractive machine in its oak cabinet has its original dark brown finish and has been rubbed out and recoated some time ago and presents well. This cabinet features applied carvings, embossed decorative molding, and five cylinder storage drawers all with their original hardware. Each drawer has the capacity to hold 15 cylinders. All of the cardboard cylinder pegs are replacements. The top features a hinged top cover with glass on all sides. The mechanism is an early home Model A . Has an early Edison automatic reproducer., a good stylus and a glass diaphragm. The carriage is fitted with a shaving attachment. The upper mech and bed plate have their original black point and pinstripes in good condition with a few minor nicks and scrapes here and there. The motor appears to be complete however it has a split gear so it will not wind and run and is in need of repair. Has its original nickel plated cast iron winding crank and extension. Also included is an original 14" brass and black horn with a 7'D bell. The body has its original black paint with some rust and several dents and wrinkles. Cabinet measures 20-1/2' W x 15" D X 42" T.

Lot: 2033 - Columbia AT High Trunion Cyl Phonograph

This machine in its late style oak cabinet has its original finish both on the machine and its cover with a large banner decal in average as found condition. There are several nicks and abrasions on the cover and it could use a good cleaning. This machine with its high trunion has an original aluminum floating #2 Eagle reproducer with a good stylus. Has all of its original carriage and transport parts as well as the high trunion however, the small tang for lifting and cueing the reproducer is broken. All the previously described parts of the carriage and mandrill move freely. Has a cast iron upper mech which has its original black paint and pinstripes in average condition. The nickel plated bedplate has its usual wear and in average condition. Has its original slotted winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is a 14" high quality reproduction aluminum horn with a 7" bell which is in excellent new condition. Cabinet measures 12-1/2" W X 8-1/2" D X 12" T.

Lot: 2034 - Columbia Type BK Jewel Cyl Phonograph

This machine in its oak cabinet and cover have their original finish and banner decals in good untouched condition with a small chip on the veneer on the top cover. Has a #12 Lyric spring reproducer with a good stylus. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech has its original black paint however the pinstriping is almost completely worn away. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Also included is an original 14" black and brass horn with a 7" D bell. Both the horn and bell body have several dents and wrinkles and is in otherwise original condition. Cabinet measures 12-1/2" W X 8-12/" D X 13" T. A good honest machine.

Lot: 2035 - Victor Humpback #2 Disk Horn Phonograph

This machine in its attractive oak cabinet has been professionally refinished some time ago and is in good condition and presents well Has a round hole exhibition reproducer in average condition. The tone arm and horn elbow have their original nickel plating with some wear in average condition. The tone arm is also fitted with an after market record brush, The back bracket has its original black paint and pinstripes in good condition. Has its original horn elbow hold down and thumb screw in average condition. Has its original bullet break and a reproduction winding crank. The crank escutcheon is missing its bushing. The motor winds and runs. Has a replacement turntable felt. Has an original 22" L X 19" D 9 panel embossed Victor steel horn which has its original black paint, pinstripes, and decals all of which are in average condition with a few minor scrapes and wrinkles and some rust. Also included is a small brass tin with needles. See photos. Cabinet measures 12" W X 12" D X 7-1/2" T.

Lot: 2036 - Gem Roller Organ

This organ in its wood cabinet has its original dark brown finish and gold stenciling in fair condition with some finish loss mainly on the front. The mechanism appears to have been rebuilt and plays loud and strong. The machine comes with one 6-1/2L cob. Organ measures 13-3/4" W X 11-1/4" D X 8" T.

Lot: 2037 - Pathe Cylinder Phonograph with Horn

This machine with its top cover and base board have their original finish and decal. The top cover and base board are made of a nicely figured wood possibly walnut all of which are in average as found condition with a few minor marks and scrapes here and there. The top cover has all its original hardware. Has its original black composite Pathe marked reproducer with a good stylus. Has its original rubber horn connector which is hard and fragile but otherwise in tact. This machine has its 2 original mandrills one of which is a 3" Mandrill for playing Pathe cylinders which slips over a standard size cylinder mandrill. The 3" mandrill has a few minor dents on the outer edge from having been dropped. Has its original winding key and the motor winds and runs, Has all of its original horn support hardware, Also included is a 13-1/2" L spun aluminum horn which is 10" wide at its large end. This horn is a possible reproduction. Cover and base board measure 8-1/2"L X 6" D X 5" T.

This organ in its walnut cabinet has its original finish and stenciling in fair original condition. Stenciling is well worn as well as it has a few scrapes and marks on the cabinet. See photos. Access to the mechanism is gained through a hinged cover with glass insert.. Mechanism appears complete and has evidence of an older restoration and plays loud and strong. Comes with one 6-3/8" L wooden cob. Cabinet measures.13-1/2" L X 9-1/2" D X 9" T.

This machine in its wood cabinet has its original dark brown finish and gold stenciling which is in fair as found condition with the usual wear. It also features a decorative marquee which says Home Music Box, There are some minor scrapes, nicks and scratches and staining, See photos. Access to the mechanism is gained through a hinged wooden front cover with a glass insert. The mechanism is complete and appears to have an older restoration and plays loud and strong. It comes with one 6-3/8" L wooden cob. Cabinet measures 13-3/4" W X 11-3/4" D X 11" T.

Lot: 2041 - Oak Cylinder Record Cabinet with Claw Feet

This handsome cabinet with its highly figured quarter sawn oak veneer has been refinished some time ago and presents well. It features claw and ball feet. Has its original door hardware and cabinet key. The interior of the cabinet features 6 wooden trays which appear to be replacements and are painted brown. The very bottom of the cabinet appears to be a replacement as well. The front doors have their original linkage which allows the doors to open in unison, Most likely a Herzog cabinet. Cabinet measures 23-1/4" W X 20" D X 35" T.

The introduction of the Victrola in 1906 spelled the end of the outside horn phonograph era. The solid mahogany cabinet is distinguished by it's tall flat top. This is an early production machine with the hidden pull out needle drawer above the speaker doors which was eliminated very early on. The mahogany cabinet has an older but well done refinishing. The gold tone parts and Exhibition reproducer are in good condition. There are no record albums. Measures 47" tall, 20" wide, 22" deep.
