Online auction in Groveport of 3 vehicles for repair/parts/scrap. Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Items close 1 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

Vehicles are to be removed from the current location by 7 PM on Monday, September 16th. On the close of the auction, the winning bidders credit card will be charged a $250 deposit PER VEHICLE which will be refunded when you text me a photo of the vehicle loaded and off the property. Pickup time on Thursday Sept. 12 is for keys (if applicable) and bill of sale, and to make payment if paying cash, and is at our office (2048 Britains Lane, Columbus Ohio 43224), NOT WHERE THE VEHICLES ARE LOCATED.
On payment, the buyer will receive a bill of sale which will allow you to purchase temporary 45 day tags if you desire. Within that 45 days period, the attorney for the estate will process the transfer of the title through the Franklin County Probate Court and the title transfer documents will be mailed to you.
Pick-up of keys (where applicable) and Bills of Sale will be BY APPOINTMENT on Thursday, September 12, between 6 PM and 7 PM at our offices at 2048 Britains Lane, Columbus Ohio 43224. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment.

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
