Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be charged on all purchases unless proper and current ST-105 is on file. All applicable FFL requirements will be adhered to. You must possess a valid up to date Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID to purchase firearms. All bidders who purchase a firearm will be required to complete a background check (4473) and be cleared before possession will be given. Background checks will be done on-site evening of auction. Buyers are responsible to pay a $25 fee per gun for paperwork and processing.
