TERMS: This is a Probate Court sale. Successful bidder(s) shall pay 20% of the bid price on the day of sale with the balance being due upon the confirmation of the sale by the Probate judge.
BID SHALL BE LEFT OPEN: The Clerk and Master will leave the bidding open for a period of (10) ten days thereafter. In the event that, during said time period, an additional bid or bids are submitted to the Clerk in a minimum amount of ten (10%) percent above the maximum bid submitted at the public auction, a second sale shall occur on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 10:00 am (CT) in Chancery Courtroom at the White County Courthouse in Sparta, TN. The highest bid obtained shall be presented to the Court for final confirmation. Said property will be sold “’AS IS, WHERE IS” both surface and subsurface having invited bidder to inspect prior to bidding,. Additional terms to be announced day of sale. The seller will be responsible for any and all back taxes. 2024 taxes to be paid by sellers.
