Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. Ownership transfers upon fall of hammer. Purchases must be removed day of sale or other arrangements made with auction house. Should a dispute arise during or after the auction between bidders, Auctioneers records shall be conclusive in all respects and auctioneer shall use their best judgment in all cases of disputed bids. The item may be resold and auctioneers decision is final. This is a privately owned and operated auction and no transfer shall be recognized from one buyer to another (NO alley trading).

 

It is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only and reserves the right to bid on behalf of proxy bidders, sellers or other secured parties. Bids shall advance as deemed appropriate by auctioneer. If auctioneer determines that any bid is not reasonably commensurate with the value of an item being offered, he may reject the same and withdraw the item from the auction. All purchases must be removed on day of sale unless other arrangements are made in advance with auctioneer.

 

REGARDING FIREARMS: Firearms are secured off-site and not available for preview prior to auction day. DO NOT BID ON THESE FIREARMS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH MINNESOTA  FIREARM PURCHASE LAWS. If you have questions, please contact us to put you in touch with an FFL holder for verification.

VEHICLE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Bidder Registration - All bidders must register for auction with valid state issued identification/driver's license, including current address and telephone number and will use the number issued to them when identifying themselves as the successful bidder. Pre-auction day registration for absentee/proxy bidders is available by calling auctioneer at 507-625-7653.

Inspection - Preview on day of auction only from 4:00 p.m. until sale starts. Vehicles and lawn tractor will be started by auction staff prior to start of bidding. Insurance restrictions forbid bidder 'test drive' of vehicles. It is the bidder's responsibility to run Car Fax or VIN reports with the VIN numbers we have provided.

 

Title transfer, registration and taxes are to be paid BY SEPERATE PERSONAL CHECK made payable to North Mankato DMV. Note: Sales tax will be calculated after winning bid price has been determined.

 

Vehicle Removal - Immediately after pre-approved payment is received in full and all registration transfer paperwork is completed. If payment by wire transfer, deposit confirmation must be complete within 48 hrs. of conclusion of auction before removal from premises.

 

 

Accepted payment options- Wire transfer (preferred), cash, cashier's check or pre-approved personal check for bidders already approved or on file with Auctioneer (no exceptions and no credit cards for licensed motor vehicles). A 10% buyer's premium will apply to all purchases, except licensed motor vehicles will have a premium cap of $1,000.00. Buyer's premium will be added to the high bid price and becomes the total purchase price to be paid by the bidder.

 

If payment by wire transfer: Full purchase price (including buyer premium) to be wired to Dailey Realty and Auction Service bank account within 48 hours of conclusion of sale. Auctioneer will give account instructions to winning bidder at conclusion of sale. In addition, title, registration, transfer fees and taxes are to be paid by separate personal check made payable to North Mankato DMV. If you are a proxy or absentee bidder and win the item, you will return the vehicle registration forms and DMV check by overnight delivery to Dailey Realty and Auction Service, 304 Belgrade Avenue North Mankato MN 56003. 

 

If payment by Cashier's Check, pre-approved Personal Check, or Cash: Full purchase price (plus buyer premium) payable to Dailey Realty and Auction Service immediately at conclusion of auction. 

 

No removal of vehicle until funds are verified received by auctioneer, signed title transfer is complete, and tax and registration fee payment is made! 

 

All vehicles are sold AS IS WHERE IS, and bidder is solely responsible for doing vehicle history checks prior to bidding. While basic photographs have been provided, in-person inspection on day of sale should be made to establish value BEFORE bidding. Statements and announcements made day of sale will take precedence over all previously printed and oral statements. No refunds or credits will be given once you have been declared the winning bidder. No exceptions. It is bidder's sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with these terms and the vehicle(s) they are bidding on prior to bidding!  

 

Should a dispute arise during or after the auction, Auctioneer’s records shall be conclusive in all respects. Increments of bidding and declaration of winning bidder shall be at the discretion of Auctioneer. This is a privately owned and operated auction, and no transfer shall be recognized from one buyer to another (NO dealer alley trading on site).
