MAYA PROPERTIES,LLC. d/b/a MOISHE'S SELF STORAGE FORECLOSURE LIEN AUCTION. This is a legal sale for non-payment of Storage charges pursuant to the State Of New York Lien Laws. These delinquent Storage units will be sold in its ENTIRETY to the highest bidder. PLEASE NOTE; The Successful Buyer/Bidder will be buying the entire contents of the unit and will be responsible to completely remove all items from the unit, Except: Buyer must leave personal items in unit when vacated, ie. photos, bank statements, tax returns, documents, birth certificates, records ,photos etc. A refundable ( Clean Out ) deposit of $200.00 (CASH ONLY) will be required to assure complete removal of items from the unit. ( Deposit will be returned when the unit has been emptied.) 48 hours will be allocated to remove complete contents from the unit. We make no statements as to the contents which are unknown to us at this time, due to the fact that locks are not yet cut and/or will be cut till the day before the sale. Unit quantities are also unavailable as the renter has the right up until sale time to make payment of the balance due. TERMS: Full payment in (CASH ONLY)at the conclusion of the Auction, Sales Tax added unless you are a reseller/dealer,(bring a copy of your resale certificate).
