Terms and Conditions for Purchasers

1.  All Sales are Final, No Refunds, No Returns.

2.  Ownership changes when the auctioneer declares an item sold. Even before you pay it is your item to procure and protect.

3.  15% is added to the cash purchase price in the form of a buyer’s premium. 18% for credit cards.

4.  New Jersey sales tax is added to your bill unless you are a registered business with a NJ Resale Certification. Out of State Dealers must apply for Out of State Registrations.

5.  Tax & premium add 21.62%-24.62% to your total purchase.

6.  All purchases must be settled the night out the auction even if you are selling items and have money coming to you.

7.  3 Gen Auction Company reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and/or bidders in the best interest of the sellers.

8.  Any disputes with purchases must be made immediately. No arbitration after an item leaves the building.

9.  All items are sold “as is” with no warrantee expressed or implied. Used items are subject to wear and tear and may show defects.

 

10.The Auctioneers will do their best to describe the items being sold. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items before they purchase. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to know when to stop bidding.
