Ride wagon (people hauler) - Lightly used condition, stained & varnished natural wood finish, heavy duty running gear with pneumatic tires, disc brakes in working condition, can be pulled with tractor using the short tongue. Includes pole, yoke, and double-tree to pull with 2 horses. Rear seats are 7-1/2 feet long.

Bennington Wagonette Leisure Carriage - like new condition. Pair or single passenger; made in England; comes with pole & shafts; single tree-on hard rubber to suit 14-15.1 hh. Pair/single to suit large single horse. Rear disc brakes and park brake. Spindle back seats.

Spring Wagon - good condition; has 4 wheel brakes that lock; carries about 14 adults; purchased from Shady Wagons in 2019. Weavertown Coach built a frame to enclose the buggy with curtains. Overall good condition with the exception of a curtain tear while transporting. 

Cutunder Phaeton - with pole & shafts partial cut under(no tags) 

Governess Cart needs restoration

1890's cutter sleigh restored by Weavertown Coch Shop in 1993. Downsizing & need to sell. Always been in owner's living room. Work done by owner & his mother who did upholstery.   

Older two wheel road cart.  Came out of a barn in western Maryland near Harper's Ferry, WV.  A gem in the rough...

JASPER 2 yr old black & white gelding; green broke to drive, has spunk. Great finishing project for someone who likes playing with ponies.

Our quilt sale continues to grow, and this year will be no exception. Staff members will be present Tuesday through Thursday to help consignors unload their wares and display goods. On Wednesday and Thursday there will be 24-hour security and on Thursday the food stand will be open from noon til dark.

Thursday 6/27 8am-12pm (no items after noon) 

ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIGNMENTS after 12:00 pm on Thursday. 

Mini Horses should be brought in Thursday morning. Horses must be consigned by general consignment by June 15, with a cap of 40 horses. They are sold in the order they’re consigned.

  • Plenty of parking is available in the fields adjacent to the auction fairgrounds. Fire police will direct you.
  • Bringing a TRAILER or RV?? – Enter off N. Ronks Rd. and look for signs in the NORTHWEST side of the auction grounds.  Please park close together so we can fit lots of trailers and RVs in this section.  You are welcome to park overnight but it is at your own risk.


Parking is available on farming fields. Some areas may be uneven or muddy during rainfall but generally you will find the area fairly flat and easy to manage strollers, wheelchairs and wagons.


Please expect up to a 30 minute wait after purchasing items before attempting to pay for them. Our clerks work as quickly as possible. Thanks for your cooperation. 


There will be staff available to help. We have lifts available for heavy items. Small off road equipment to assist in transporting goods will be available, along with extra hands! No vehicle traffic is permitted through the auction complex before 3:00 pm Friday. Items may still be loaded during this time but please do not disrupt the auction.


In the event of severe weather, we suggest taking shelter in your personal vehicle.  Auction Committee is NOT responsible for any weather related accidents or damage.  They will do their best to give warning of pending bad weather.


  1. This is not an absolute auction.
  2. Cash/check/credit card settlement on day of sale. Visa/MasterCard/Discover are accepted, subject to 3% processing fee. All checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or be given prior approval by a Sale Committee Member.
  3. No sales tax or buyers premiums.
  4. Unsettled accounts will be turned over to a bill collector.
  5. Owner has 2 days to remove merchandise from Sale Grounds, after which (unless other arrangements are made) the Sale Committee will dispose of items as seen fit.
  6. The Sale Grounds are closed on Sundays.
  7. Sale Committee is not responsible for the condition of any item sold. Please inspect your items before purchasing.
  8. Sale Committee is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or thefts that may occur on the Sale Grounds.
  9. Items resold privately will be subject to a commission fee.
