Online bidding will open approximately Thursday, June 6th, 2024.

Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be four parcels of land located on the Ohio River ranging in size from 1.69 acres to 2.07 acres. Improvements include a 50 ft. x 60 ft. metal sided building with concrete floor, electric and an attached 17 ft x 60 ft shed located on Parcel 9. There is a concrete boat launching ramp located on Auction Parcel 9 that will be a community ramp for the use of Auction Parcels 9, 10, 11 and 12. Parcel 9: (combined Tracts 9a and 9b on the survey plat) is a total of 1.69 acres. Parcel 10: (combined Tracts 10a and 10b on the survey plat) is a total of 1.87 acres. Parcel 11: (combined Tracts 11a and 11b on the survey plat) is a total of 2.07 acres. Parcel 12: (combined Tracts 12a and 12b on the survey plat) is a total of 2.07 acres. TERMS & CONDITIONS: REAL ESTATE: $15,000 deposit on Parcel 9 and $5,000 deposit each on Parcels 10, 11, and 12 will be required within 48 hours of the auction ending time. Deposit to be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal check with up-to-date bank letter guaranteeing funds, or wire transfer. Balance due by July 24, 2024. POSSESSION: Date of new deed transfer only. TAXES: 2024 real estate taxes prorated.
