Online bidding will open approximately Mon., June 3rd, 2024.

Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be a 1,228 sq. ft. (Per the Meade Co. PVA) vinyl sided home with three bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room, walk-out basement, covered front porch, hardwood flooring, and an updated HVAC unit. Other improvements include a gravel driveway, county water, and a detached garage with an attached carport. The home and improvements are situated on approximately 8/10 of an acre lot with mature shade.
