Bearcreek Estate and Auction Services has the pleasure of offering whole house personal property (living estate name held by request) in the Albemarle/Aquadale area. We are working in partnership with Port City Auctions who will offer the real estate for this auction.


Personal Property auction will start at 10am until noon when the real estate will be sold. The remaining personal property contents will conclude after the real estate sale.

 Personal Property terms: 10% Buyer's Premium applies, 7% North Carolina sales tax. All items are being sold as-is where-is.  All sales are final, no refunds.  Forms of payment accepted:  Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Debit/Credit cards (3% fee).
