 Auctioneer’s Note – Great opportunity to purchase building lots in Section 34 Noble Twp Auglaize County in the city of St. Marys Ohio. Terms – Within 24 hours after the close of the auction, the successful bidder or bidders will deposit $10,000 Nonrefundable deposit per Lot, in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or personal check. The successful bidder or bidders will enter into an offer to purchase contract executed by Weigandt Real Estate LTD. A 3% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the final bid to determine the FINAL contract purchase price. Real Estate Sells with owner confirmation. Any inspections need to be made prior to the auction.
