Cuppy Estate live auction

Saturday February 17th          10:00am

7364 St. Rt. 13 Shiloh, Ohio 44878

Selling the items of the late Richard & Fran Cuppy. This is a live only auction located north of Mansfield and south of US 224, right across from Lakeside Cabins. The family has sold the farm & property and NEED to have it cleared out by the end of February.

A skid loader will be available to load up items onto trucks or trailers auction day only.

Parking:  We are blessed with the colder weather to freeze the soybean field good enough to park on with trucks and trailers. Pull straight down the driveway behind the barns and turn to the right where there is about 20 acres to park in. We do have permission to park across the road in a gravel parking lot for cars, vans or vehicles you may be worried about driving on rougher ground.

Auction Order:  Household to start, then tractors and farm equipment. I'm guessing the auction to last around 2.5 hours or so.

Food: There will be food available to purchase. GOOD HOME COOKING type of food.

Registration will be at the back of the house.

A few updated photos were added to the end of the photo gallery. No new photos were taken of the household items because they are packed onto wagons and will be unloaded in the morning.
