Christian Auction and Equipment Sales is having a Farm and Equipment Consignment Auction at the business location of 3223 Calhoun Falls Hwy, Elberton, GA, 30635 starting at 9:30 AM, rain or shine. Offering: Tractors, trailers, farm implements, haying equipment, tires and wheels, farm supplies and farm related items, metal roofing bundles, mowers, lumber and much more. Anyone can buy or sell. NO buyer's premium!  Concessions available. Consignments accepted Monday - Friday 8:30-4:00 . None accepted on Friday before the auction. Georgia sales tax laws apply. Announcements made of auction day supersede all printed materials. All items sell "As Is, Where Is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or supplied by the auctioneer or the auction company. TERMS: Cash or good check that will cash will proper ID. Persons new to the auction company need a bank letter of credit guaranteeing funds to Christian Auction and Equipment  If you have a sales tax number, please provide a copy of your sales tax certificate. Please call before bringing consignments to be certain there is someone to help unload your items. Transferable title and tag receipt required for vehicles and trailers.
