Pleasenote: Bidders must bring help to load and supplies to pack/secure their items.Auction Co will have boxes available for sale at the pickup. The publishedpickup date/time is only date/time available for pickup. Accommodations forother pickup date/time cannot be guaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyerwill be charged, paid in advance, $25/hour including port-to-port travel forour staff member to facilitate the alternate pickup, minimum charge for this is$75.00. If the pre-paid alternate pickup charge does not cover the actual time,Buyer will be invoiced for additional charges. If Auction Co transports itemsto another location, there is a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (atAuction Co’s discretion, large, heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated). Auction Company cannot provideshipping services for this auction. If the winning bidder wishes to have itemsshipped, they must make arrangements with a local third party vendor at theirown expense.

The auctioneer andseller expressly and specifically disclaim, without limitation, any warranty ofmerchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Removal is at the buyer'ssole obligation, risk and expense. No sale shall be invalidated by reason ofany defect or inaccuracy in any of the items or lots by reason of their beingincorrectly described orally or written, invoiced or cataloged, and noliability will be borne by the auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents inrespect to any such faults or errors. All information and descriptions contained in advertising thissale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by the auctioneer,seller, employees or agents for any errors or omissions. Forfeiture: If you do not wish to pick up orship your items, you may forfeit them. In this regard, to forfeit your items isdefined as relinquishing all ownership and claim to the items in question tothe auctioneer with no expectations of reimbursement; however, you are stillresponsible for the invoice total. No refunds will be made if you decide toforfeit your items. If you wish to forfeit your items, please contact us on orbefore the removal deadline. Buyer agrees that any and/or all remaining lotsleft after removal deadline are considered to be forfeited, but buyer is stillresponsible for invoice total.

 

Removal of Items: Local pickup is available on the designated date and time only. The Auction Company does not offer shippingservices. The Auction Company does not offer delivery services or storageservices. Winning bidders must pick up items during the scheduled pickup times.If the winning bidder cannot appear at the pickup location during the scheduledpickup time, it is the bidder's sole responsibility to make arrangements for athird party to retrieve their items during the pickup time. If that third partyis a shipping agent or pack-and-ship company, the bidder will be contractingand paying directly with that agent or company and without the auctioncompany's participation. The Auction Company will not transport items to the pack-and-shipagent or deliver items to any third party. If the winning bidder would like toarrange alternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company may arrange (whenagreeable to the seller) at an additional charge to the winning bidder of$25/hr including port-to-port travel to and from our office location.

 

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will beavailable at pickup for purchase for $3 each.

 

Inspectionof Items: Everyitem in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auctionending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspectionusing photos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledgesand agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the itemor lots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder'sinspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the providedphotographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining theamount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

 

Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titlesmay take up to 30 business days for processing.

 

Payment: The credit card on file with youronline account will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction.If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, youwill be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoicemust be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickupcan be accepted (check is preferred, cash in exact change is also acceptable).We can also accept wire transfers for payment.

 

GoldCoins: The AuctionCompany does not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If yourinvoice includes gold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash,money order, certified check, or wire transfer.
