The published pickup date/time is only date/time available for pickup. Accommodationsfor other pickup date/time cannot be guaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyerwill be charged, paid in advance, $25/hour including port-to-port travel forour staff member to facilitate the alternate pickup, minimum charge for this is$75.00. If the pre-paid alternate pickup charge does not cover the actual time,Buyer will be invoiced for additional charges. If Auction Co transports itemsto another location, there is a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (atAuction Co’s discretion, large, heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated). Auction Company cannot provideshipping services for this auction. If the winning bidder wishes to have itemsshipped, they must make arrangements with a local third party vendor at theirown expense.

Outbid notifications are sent as acourtesy only and the auctioneer, seller, licensees, agents or employees arenot responsible for errors, omissions and/or timing of outbid notices.  Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse offincrement bids.

 

Online Bidding Disclaimer: Auction Companyutilizes third party bidding platforms (herein “bidding platform”) tofacilitate the collection and recording of online bidders. By agreeing to theseterms, bidders agree to hold harmless Auction Company and all Bidding Platformproviders for technical errors and mistakes that may arise from connectivityissues on the part of the Auction Company and the bidder. As-Is, Where Is:All items and lots are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is and With All Faults basiswithout exception. There is no warranty of any type expressed or implied as tothe fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose of any goods offeredin this auction. Buyers understand that all lots and items are being offered asused and therefore have some level of wear and/or damage and are by the verynature of being "used and/or pre-owned and/or aged" are at some levelof defective. The auctioneer and seller expressly and specifically disclaim,without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particularpurpose. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation, risk and expense. No saleshall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the itemsor lots by reason of their being incorrectly described orally or written,invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by the auctioneers,licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults or errors. Allmarketing and information has been prepared only as a guide and is not offeredas completely accurate, nor does it give the buyers all of the information onthe item or lot. Except as herein contained, there shall be no guarantees orwarranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any naturewhatsoever. Buyers will accept the items or lots in spite of any defects orconditions, known or unknown, visible or not visible, and therefore buyers doby these presents remise, release, acquit, quit claim and forever discharge thesellers, auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents from any and all claimsnow and in the future. The buyers hold the obligation and duty to inspect allitems and lots during the inspection period prior to any bidding. Buyers areurged to physically inspect the items or lots during the inspection period. Nobids can be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason. Buyerunderstands that these terms as well as all other terms and conditions can onlybe amended or revised in writing and signed by the auctioneer. Buyer alsoagrees that any oral, written or electronic representation made by theauctioneer, seller, employees or agents shall not modify these terms. Buyerunderstands that any description given in the catalog or written on the lot isnot guaranteed, and the buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection and/orinvestigations. All information and descriptions contained in advertising thissale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by the auctioneer,seller, employees or agents for any errors or omissions. Every item sold issold As-Is, Where-Is. Joe R. Pyle Auctions provides condition information onlyas a courtesy to the bidders and is not responsible for errors in descriptionor condition. Buyers have the opportunity to view the items in person anddetermine condition as well as any other factors relating to the description ofthe item and have the obligation to do so prior to bidding.

 

 

Forfeiture: Ifyou do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeit them. In thisregard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing all ownership andclaim to the items in question to the auctioneer with no expectations ofreimbursement; however, you are still responsible for the invoice total. Norefunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. If you wish toforfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removal deadline. Buyeragrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removal deadline areconsidered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible for invoice total.

 

Removal of Items: Local pickup is available on the designateddate and time only. The Auction Companydoes not offer shipping services. The Auction Company does not offer deliveryservices or storage services. Winning bidders must pick up items during thescheduled pickup times. If the winning bidder cannot appear at the pickuplocation during the scheduled pickup time, it is the bidder's soleresponsibility to make arrangements for a third party to retrieve their itemsduring the pickup time. If that third party is a shipping agent orpack-and-ship company, the bidder will be contracting and paying directly withthat agent or company and without the auction company's participation. TheAuction Company will not transport items to the pack-and-ship agent or deliveritems to any third party. If the winning bidder would like to arrangealternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company may arrange (when agreeable tothe seller) at an additional charge to the winning bidder of $25/hr includingport-to-port travel to and from our office location.

 

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available atpickup for purchase for $3 each.

 

Inspection of Items: Every item in thisauction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending(sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection usingphotos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges andagrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item orlots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder'sinspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the providedphotographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining theamount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

 

Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent tobuyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.

 

Payment: The credit card on file with your onlineaccount will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If yourcard on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will becontacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must bepaid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can beaccepted (check is preferred, cash in exact change is also acceptable). We canalso accept wire transfers for payment.

 

Gold Coins: The Auction Company does not acceptcredit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoice includes goldcoins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order, certifiedcheck, or wire transfer.
