Ownership transfers upon auctioneer's fall of hammer.
AUCTIONEER'S/CLERK RECORDS SHALL BE CONCLUSIVE: If you are unsure of the final hammer price of the item you won, ask for it to be repeated immediately. Once the auctioneer has moved on to the next item, the Clerk's records will prevail. At the auctioneer's discretion, the item may be returned and removed from your invoice and resold at the current auction if time permits, or at the next scheduled auction. Auctioneer's decision is final.
This is a privately owned and operated auction, and no transfer shall be recognized from one buyer to another (no alley trading). It is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only and reserves the right to bid on behalf of proxy bidders, sellers, or other secured parties. We are happy to take your absentee bids secured with a credit card, or if you must leave early, the auction staff will gladly handle your bid. Bids shall advance as deemed appropriate by auctioneer. If auctioneer determines that any bid is not reasonably commensurate with the value of an item being offered, they may reject the same and withdraw the item from the auction. In rare instances, an item may also have a seller's 'reserve' price.
Purchases must be paid for immediately at conclusion of sale before loading and removed day of auction unless prior arrangements are made with auctioneer, but in any event no longer than 24 hours after the auction by appointment only. Absentee bids left with auctioneer that are not paid for within 24 hours will be considered abandoned and either returned to the seller or re-sold at the next available auction. Please bring your own help for loading and moving your purchases. Restroom and lunch stand on site.
