Highlights/AuctioneersNote:
Rich was an avidcollector of model trains and played Santa Claus at the Christmas FantasyVillage for over 20 years. He loved Christmas and collected Santa items as wellas trains. He also was the owner of Affordable Street Rods. This is the firstof two auctions from this estate. This one will focus on the train collection,Christmas items, and other collectibles and household items. Auction includesmodel trains, Christmas decor, collectibles, vinyl records, barware and decor,and some vintage electronics. Shipping is available for most items. Click onthe lot, then Additional Description to find out if an item or lot isavailable for shipping. The second auction will focus on the shop toolsand items. Most items have been stored in a basement, and there is a cat in thehouse (for those with cat allergies). Parking is limited, so please be patientduring pickup. Staff will be on hand to bring your items out to you. All itemsare sold in As Is Condition and not all items have been tested unless otherwisestated.

SHIPPING:
- if shipping is needed, please payonline through the link on your invoice, or card by phone
  (we will run the card for the invoice,then run it again for the cost of shipping/handling)
- all items valued over 100.00 will be shipped with insurance
- all items valued over 200.00 will be shipped with insurance and signaturerequired
- lots will be combined when it is possible
- if you have questions about shipping, please call or text before bidding
- shipping services available are UPS, FedEx, and USPS (we will use the carrierwith the lowest cost to you)
- glass and figurine lots have a 5.00 minimum handling charge

* All shipping is done in house. We haveshipped thousands of unique and fragile items, and have experience in runningpackaging and shipping stores, so bid with confidence!

 

PICKUP:
- we accept cash, debit/credit cardat the time of pickup
- we have staff on hand during pick up. They can assist in loading heavy itemsif needed but are not allowed to tie down or secure cargo. Staff will bringyour items out to you, and folding tables will be available if you want to wrapor pack items.
