Please note: Bidders must bring help toload and supplies to pack/secure their items. Auction Co will have boxesavailable for sale at the pickup. The published pickup date/time is onlydate/time available for pickup. Accommodations for other pickup date/timecannot be guaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyer will be charged, paidin advance, $25/hour including port-to-port travel for our staff member tofacilitate the alternate pickup, minimum charge for this is $75.00. If thepre-paid alternate pickup charge does not cover the actual time, Buyer will beinvoiced for additional charges. If Auction Co transports items to anotherlocation, there is a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (at Auction Co’sdiscretion, large, heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated) . Auction Company cannot provide shippingservices for this auction. If the winning bidder wishes to have items shipped,they must make arrangements with a local third party vendor at their own expense.

BiddingErrors: All bids are binding andfinal once an item has sold. Once bidding for a lot has closed, bids cannot bedeleted or removed. Please review your bids on the review page prior tosubmitting the bids. Outbid notifications are sent as a courtesy only and theauctioneer, seller, licensees, agents or employees are not responsible forerrors, omissions and/or timing of outbid notices.  Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse offincrement bids.

 

Online Bidding Disclaimer: Auction Company utilizes third party biddingplatforms (herein “bidding platform”) to facilitate the collection andrecording of online bidders. By agreeing to these terms, bidders agree to holdharmless Auction Company and all Bidding Platform providers for technicalerrors and mistakes that may arise from connectivity issues on the part of theAuction Company and the bidder. As-Is,Where Is: All items and lots aresold on an As-Is, Where-Is and With All Faults basis without exception. Thereis no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the fitness ormerchantability for any particular purpose of any goods offered in thisauction. Buyers understand that all lots and items are being offered as usedand therefore have some level of wear and/or damage and are by the very natureof being "used and/or pre-owned and/or aged" are at some level ofdefective. The auctioneer and seller expressly and specifically disclaim,without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particularpurpose. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation, risk and expense. No saleshall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the itemsor lots by reason of their being incorrectly described orally or written,invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by the auctioneers,licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults or errors. Allmarketing and information has been prepared only as a guide and is not offeredas completely accurate, nor does it give the buyers all of the information onthe item or lot. Except as herein contained, there shall be no guarantees orwarranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any naturewhatsoever. Buyers will accept the items or lots in spite of any defects orconditions, known or unknown, visible or not visible, and therefore buyers doby these presents remise, release, acquit, quit claim and forever discharge thesellers, auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents from any and all claimsnow and in the future. The buyers hold the obligation and duty to inspect allitems and lots during the inspection period prior to any bidding. Buyers are urgedto physically inspect the items or lots during the inspection period. No bidscan be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason. Buyer understandsthat these terms as well as all other terms and conditions can only be amendedor revised in writing and signed by the auctioneer. Buyer also agrees that anyoral, written or electronic representation made by the auctioneer, seller,employees or agents shall not modify these terms. Buyer understands that anydescription given in the catalog or written on the lot is not guaranteed, andthe buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection and/or investigations. Allinformation and descriptions contained in advertising this sale are believedcorrect, but no responsibility is assumed by the auctioneer, seller, employeesor agents for any errors or omissions. Every item sold is sold As-Is, Where-Is.Joe R. Pyle Auctions provides condition information only as a courtesy to thebidders and is not responsible for errors in description or condition. Buyershave the opportunity to view the items in person and determine condition aswell as any other factors relating to the description of the item and have theobligation to do so prior to bidding.

 

 

Forfeiture: If you do not wish to pick up or ship your items,you may forfeit them. In this regard, to forfeit your items is defined asrelinquishing all ownership and claim to the items in question to theauctioneer with no expectations of reimbursement; however, you are stillresponsible for the invoice total. No refunds will be made if you decide toforfeit your items. If you wish to forfeit your items, please contact us on orbefore the removal deadline. Buyer agrees that any and/or all remaining lots leftafter removal deadline are considered to be forfeited, but buyer is stillresponsible for invoice total.

 

Removal ofItems: Local pickup is available on the designateddate and time only. The Auction Companydoes not offer shipping services. The Auction Company does not offer deliveryservices or storage services. Winning bidders must pick up items during thescheduled pickup times. If the winning bidder cannot appear at the pickuplocation during the scheduled pickup time, it is the bidder's soleresponsibility to make arrangements for a third party to retrieve their itemsduring the pickup time. If that third party is a shipping agent orpack-and-ship company, the bidder will be contracting and paying directly withthat agent or company and without the auction company's participation. TheAuction Company will not transport items to the pack-and-ship agent or deliveritems to any third party. If the winning bidder would like to arrangealternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company may arrange (when agreeable tothe seller) at an additional charge to the winning bidder of $25/hr includingport-to-port travel to and from our office location.

 

Boxes:20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.

 

Inspection of Items: Every item in this auctionis available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes viain-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos andprovided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees thatthey have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots eitherin-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection,whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs andopinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/ormaximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

 

Titles: Titlesfor any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt ofpayment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30business days for processing.

 

Payment:The credit card on file with your online account will be charged automaticallyat the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot beprocessed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrangealternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possessionof the items. Payment at pickup can be accepted (check is preferred, cash inexact change is also acceptable). We can also accept wire transfers forpayment.

 

Gold Coins:The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase of goldcoins. If your invoice includes gold coins, you will be required to tenderpayment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer.
