Please note: Bidders must bring help to load and supplies topack/secure their items. The scheduled pickup date/time is only date/timeavailable for pickup. Accommodations for other pickup date/time cannot beguaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyer will be charged, paid in advance,$25/hour including port-to-port travel for our staff member to facilitate thealternate pickup, minimum charge for this is $75.00. If the pre-paid alternatepickup charge does not cover the actual time, Buyer will be invoiced foradditional charges. If Auction Co transports items to another location, thereis a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (at Auction Co’s discretion, large,heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated) . Auction Company cannot provide vehicle transport services for thisauction. If the winning bidder wishes to have items transported, they must makearrangements with a local third party vendor at their own expense.

As-Is, Where Is: All items and lots are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is and With All Faultsbasis without exception. There is no warranty of any type expressed or impliedas to the fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose of any goodsoffered in this auction. Buyers understand that all lots and items are beingoffered as used and therefore have some level of wear and/or damage and are bythe very nature of being "used and/or pre-owned and/or aged" are atsome level of defective. The auctioneer and seller expressly and specificallydisclaim, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for aparticular purpose. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation, risk andexpense. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy inany of the items or lots by reason of their being incorrectly described orallyor written, invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by theauctioneers, licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults orerrors. All marketing and information has been prepared only as a guide and isnot offered as completely accurate, nor does it give the buyers all of theinformation on the item or lot. Except as herein contained, there shall be noguarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of anynature whatsoever. Buyers will accept the items or lots in spite of any defectsor conditions, known or unknown, visible or not visible, and therefore buyersdo by these presents remise, release, acquit, quit claim and forever dischargethe sellers, auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents from any and allclaims now and in the future. The buyers hold the obligation and duty toinspect all items and lots during the inspection period prior to any bidding.Buyers are urged to physically inspect the items or lots during the inspectionperiod. No bids can be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason.Buyer understands that these terms as well as all other terms and conditionscan only be amended or revised in writing and signed by the auctioneer. Buyeralso agrees that any oral, written or electronic representation made by theauctioneer, seller, employees or agents shall not modify these terms. Buyerunderstands that any description given in the catalog or written on the lot isnot guaranteed, and the buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection and/orinvestigations. All information and descriptions contained in advertising thissale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by the auctioneer,seller, employees or agents for any errors or omissions. Every item sold issold As-Is, Where-Is. Joe R. Pyle Auctions provides condition information onlyas a courtesy to the bidders and is not responsible for errors in descriptionor condition. Buyers have the opportunity to view the items in person anddetermine condition as well as any other factors relating to the description ofthe item and have the obligation to do so prior to bidding.

 

 

Forfeiture:If you do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeit them. In thisregard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing all ownership andclaim to the items in question to the auctioneer with no expectations ofreimbursement; however, you are still responsible for the invoice total. Norefunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. If you wish toforfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removal deadline. Buyeragrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removal deadline areconsidered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible for invoice total.

 

Removal of Items: Local pickup is available onthe designated date and time only. TheAuction Company does not offer shipping services. The Auction Company does notoffer delivery services or storage services. Winning bidders must pick up itemsduring the scheduled pickup times. If the winning bidder cannot appear at thepickup location during the scheduled pickup time, it is the bidder's soleresponsibility to make arrangements for a third party to retrieve their itemsduring the pickup time. If that third party is a shipping agent orpack-and-ship company, the bidder will be contracting and paying directly withthat agent or company and without the auction company's participation. TheAuction Company will not transport items to the pack-and-ship agent or deliveritems to any third party. If the winning bidder would like to arrangealternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company may arrange (when agreeable tothe seller) at an additional charge to the winning bidder of $25/hr includingport-to-port travel to and from our office location.

 

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup forpurchase for $3 each.

 

Inspectionof Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidderinspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection andsometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). Bybidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fairopportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and isrelying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, orbased on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, indetermining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/maxbid.

 

Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titlesmay take up to 30 business days for processing.

 

Payment: The credit card on file with your online accountwill be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If your card onfile is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be contactedwithin 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in fullbefore taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can be accepted (checkis preferred, cash in exact change is also acceptable). We can also accept wiretransfers for payment.

 

GoldCoins: The Auction Company does notaccept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoice includesgold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order,certified check, or wire transfer.
