The published pickupdate/time is only date/time available for pickup. Accommodations for otherpickup date/time cannot be guaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyer willbe charged, paid in advance, $25/hour including port-to-port travel for ourstaff member to facilitate the alternate pickup, minimum charge for this is$75.00. If the pre-paid alternate pickup charge does not cover the actual time,Buyer will be invoiced for additional charges. If Auction Co transports itemsto another location, there is a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (atAuction Co’s discretion, large, heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated). Auction Company cannot provideshipping services for this auction. If the winning bidder wishes to have itemsshipped, they must make arrangements with a local third party vendor at theirown expense.

Bidding Errors: All bids are binding and final once an item has sold. Once biddingfor a lot has closed, bids cannot be deleted or removed. Please review yourbids on the review page prior to submitting the bids. Outbid notifications aresent as a courtesy only and the auctioneer, seller, licensees, agents oremployees are not responsible for errors, omissions and/or timing of outbidnotices.  Auctioneer reserves the rightto refuse off increment bids.

 

Online BiddingDisclaimer: Auction Company utilizes third party bidding platforms (herein“bidding platform”) to facilitate the collection and recording of onlinebidders. Buyers understand that all lots and items are beingoffered as used and therefore have some level of wear and/or damage and are bythe very nature of being "used and/or pre-owned and/or aged" are atsome level of defective. The auctioneer and seller expressly and specificallydisclaim, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for aparticular purpose. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation, risk andexpense. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy inany of the items or lots by reason of their being incorrectly described orallyor written, invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by theauctioneers, licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults orerrors. Forfeiture: If you do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeitthem. In this regard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing allownership and claim to the items in question to the auctioneer with noexpectations of reimbursement; however, you are still responsible for theinvoice total. No refunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. Ifyou wish to forfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removaldeadline. Buyer agrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removaldeadline are considered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible forinvoice total.

 

Removal of Items: Localpickup is available on the designated date and time only. The Auction Company does not offer shippingservices. The Auction Company does not offer delivery services or storageservices. Winning bidders must pick up items during the scheduled pickup times.If the winning bidder cannot appear at the pickup location during the scheduledpickup time, it is the bidder's sole responsibility to make arrangements for athird party to retrieve their items during the pickup time. If that third partyis a shipping agent or pack-and-ship company, the bidder will be contractingand paying directly with that agent or company and without the auctioncompany's participation. The Auction Company will not transport items to thepack-and-ship agent or deliver items to any third party. If the winning bidderwould like to arrange alternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company mayarrange (when agreeable to the seller) at an additional charge to the winningbidder of $25/hr including port-to-port travel to and from our office location.

 

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes willbe available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.

 

Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available forbidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-personinspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provideddescriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they havehad a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person orvirtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person,through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determiningwhether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and insubmitting the bid/max bid.

 

Titles: Titles for any vehicleswill be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.

 

Payment: The credit card onfile with your online account will be charged automatically at the conclusionof the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for anyreason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Yourinvoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment atpickup can be accepted (check is preferred, cash in exact change is alsoacceptable). We can also accept wire transfers for payment.

 

Gold Coins: The Auction Companydoes not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoiceincludes gold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, moneyorder, certified check, or wire transfer.
