Auction will be October 7, 2023 at 267 Given Run Rd in Upperglade. Personal property will begin at 10 am and real estate will be sold at Noon. Highest bidder on real estate must have all inspections completed before day of auction, must place a $1,000 earnest deposit and pay a 10% buyer's premium on day of auction. 

Items to be sold are household items, furniture, antiques, vintage motorcycles and vehicles, hand tools, and much more. Items will be added to list as we organize the auction.
