AUCTION ENTRANCE FEE: ALL attendees are requested to bring at least one can of food to the auction as a donation to the Victory Baptist Food Pantry.

Everything in our 15,000-square-foot warehouse will be sold to the highest bidder to raise funds to build our academy children's playground. Contents include new and used merchandise such as clothes, construction materials, furniture, lawnmowers, shelves, tools, and more. We recommend you bring an empty truck, trailer or van and be prepared to leave will it with loaded with great bargains.

    

Please note the following terms and conditions for the auction:

--A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the purchase price.

--ALL items are sold "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.

--The auction firm and auctioneer do not make any warranties or guarantees.

--The purchaser is responsible for the items as soon as they are sold.

--Winning bidders must remove all items won from warehouse by Nov 30, 23.

--The auctioneer's announcements take precedence over any previous announcements or advertisements.

--Full payment must be made on the day of the sale.

--Acceptable forms of payment include cash, local checks with picture IDs, and debit/credit cards with an additional process fee of 3%.

--The buyer guarantees that they will not stop payment on any checks or debit/credit cards used for purchases.

--Consigners and auction staff may bid with the intention of buying.
