Babcock EstateAuction

Saturday September23, 2023            10:00am

3931 West St. NewHaven, Ohio 44850

Sellingthe items of the late Richard & Alice Babcock in a live only auction.

Located short distance north of US 224 just west of the light at the intersection of St. Rt. 61 & 224. Watch for signs.

We have decided to run 2 auction rings, one on ladies/household type items and the other ring on guy type/tools items!

Sale order:  Ring one starting with tools and primitive type items, then trailers at approximately 11:00am. The building will sell at Noon. Ring 2 starting with crocks, collectibles and glassware and household items.

Parking:  We have about 25 spots close and then about an acre 4 house down from the auction. If that happens to get full there's a church across 61 to park in. Picking up your items will be fine once we get a little bit sold. We thought we were going to have parking onsite, but the items selling took up all the space.

Sorry, I did not get more pictures taken, I'm pooped because there soo much stuff to sell.
