or 2-1/4 mile East of the JCT of Route 4/Route 161 on IL State Route 161
(at the rock pipe/curve) continue ahead thru the stop sign on Renth Road for ¼
mile to the farm on both sides of Renth Road .

Day of Auction as non-refundable earnest money, possession and balance due at closing
