It means we are selling the contents from a house, directly out of that house.

Your pickup location will be at a house in Nazareth, PA. 
The address for pick up will be disclosed to paid winning bidders.

 Pick up dates/times are:

 Thursday, March 30th from 9-4, Friday, March 31th from 9-4

***Bring your own help/boxes/tools/etc.***

The pickup location will be disclosed to paid winning bidders.

** Items will automatically be paid for by the credit card that we receive upon registration, and will be considered abandoned if not picked up and no refunds will be given**


SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional)

You MUST let us know if you are out of state, but plan on picking up BEFORE the close of the auction. The handling fee will automatically be charged to any out of state address.

Due to the items being off site, keep in mind that we might not be able to answer questions that are asked too close to the sale date.

Please DO NOT leave absentee bids on the voicemail.
 
We will NOT bring your items back to the showroom to be picked up there.
