Description of Real Estate: The real estate will be sold in two parcels. The first is at 735 Brushfork Road, and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on approximately 0.8 of an acre. The 2nd is at 748 Brushfork Rd. and consists of a 2400 sqft workshop, Quonset hut, barns, and a large, level field.
Directions: From Rt 102 in Falls Mills, turn onto Old Brushfork Rd. Travel approximately 1 mile and you’ll the workshop building on the right. Watch for auction signs!
Terms for personal property: All items sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties given or implied, it is your merchandise once the auctioneer declares it sold. A 13% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price, with a 3% discount for cash or check.
Terms for Real Estate: 10% down, balance upon delivery of deed in 30 days. Any residential property built before 1978 has the possibility of lead based paint. Buyer has 10 days to have home checked if so desired.
