As of March 9th there are 23 vaults from eight
different owners that MUST be sold!
This auction is for unclaimed self-storage units held in wooden vaults as part of this moving company's business. Therefore, we will be selling by the
vault and not piecemeal as we normally do for moving company auctions.
The vaults are sealed and will be opened during the auction. Bring your
flashlights as the vaults are located inside the warehouse. You will be
able to look into the vaults after they are opened.
VIEWING: Doors will open at 9:30 AM.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: For safety reasons NO ONE UNDER 16 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WAREHOUSE. Valid, U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. THIS IS A CASH ONLY AUCTION. There will be a $50 deposit per vault deposit required from the winning bidders that will be refunded upon inspection to insure nothing is left behind. There is a 10% buyers premium. Removals must be completed and off the property no later than two hours after the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
