Location & Detailed Directions to the Property:  Located approximately 1 mile South West of Mascoutah, IL in Sections 6 & 7 of Engelmann Township, St. Clair County, IL. The property is situated on both sides of Grodeon Road between Brickyard Road & IL State Route 4, North of Hog River. From Mascoutah: Take IL State Route 4 South from Mascoutah, turn West on Grodeon Road and continue on Grodeon Road for app ¾ mi to the Farm on both sides of the Road (watch for signs).
