Dear Potential Customer,
Thank you for your interest in the guns in this auction. All gun sales are final and can be picked up in person after the auction is completed on Saturday January 28th. When bidding on these firearms please understand that you will go through a background check before purchase. A FFL dealer will be on site and paperwork will be required. Please have your up to date driver’s license available along with your North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit or North Carolina Pistol Purchase Permit. No out of state permits will be allowed for purchase of any firearm. If you do not have a permit then you will be required to have a background check called into NICS and may be delayed for up to 5 business days. This is especially true for those individuals 18 to 25 years of age. This is out of our hands, so please understand this prior to bidding on these items. Out of state purchases may only be for long guns. If you bid on a handgun you must provide an FFL dealer and a copy of their FFL in your state to have the firearm sent to. You as the buyer are responsible for the payment of the shipping cost and transfer fee to the FFL dealers in both states. The transfer fee is $10 cash due at the time of pick up and is a separate charge from the auction house.
