warmer climate and has assigned us to sell the contents of her home
including her late husband's large metal and woodworking shop.

The auction will be held inside this large home which includes a basement and the equivalent of a 6-car garage.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Our client's husband was a high school industrial arts teacher who had an extensive collection of related equipment and tools. For safety, please park on only one side of the street in this neighborhood. If inclement weather is present we will conduct the auction in our client's large home. Because of that, no one under the age of 16 will be allowed in the home.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Valid U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed no later than 60 minutes after the auction or between 9-NOON on the following Sunday if notification is given on auction day. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters. We accept absentee bids only after the item(s) has been inspected on auction day. We do not offer Internet or phone bidding.
