AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Method of Payment and Buyer's Premium: All purchase must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover or Master Card. A 13% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases paying by cash and check. A 16% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchase using credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Titles and Possession of Vehicles/Trailers: Buyer will be given possession of any vehicles/trailers and Title immediately if payment is made by wire transfer or cash. If payment is made by check or credit card, possession of the vehicle/trailer and title will be held until funds clear.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, February 6th - time TBA. For additional removal time, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. Any items not removed or scheduled for pickup within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.

Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items through MoreThanMail, Pakmail or similar service. Any and all costs associated with shipping and handling will be paid by the Buyer. Please contact Auctioneer prior to auction day with any questions whether an item can be shipped. A $5 handling fee added for a small, single auction lot, and additional fee for additional lots or an auction lot with bulk items. Upon payment of your invoice and handling fee, your items will be taken to the Shipper, and they will coordinate all aspects of the shipping of your items.
