PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION TERMS: Cash, Check or Credit Card with a 3% fee. 10% Buyers Premium on every item selling up to $5,000. Flat fee of $500 per item selling over $5001. 6% Maryland Sales Tax. Every item is sold as is, where is. No guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

REAL ESTATE AUCTION TERMS: This home is being sold “as is” with no negotiations or contingencies. A 3 % buyer's premium will be added to the purchase price, to make up the total sale price, paid by the Purchaser. A non-refundable deposit of $10,000, on the day of the sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s check or other check acceptable to the auctioneer, made payable to John Sica Law Office. Time is of the essence, balance due within 45 days of sale date, at settlement. Purchaser will pay ALL closing costs, included but not limited to; all documentary stamps, transfer taxes, document preparation and title insurance.

Broker Participation welcomed but not required. A 2.5% Broker/Agent compensation will be paid at settlement. Broker/Agents must register their Buyer/Purchaser, 24 hours prior to the Auction. Non represented Buyer/Purchaser, need not register prior to the auction.
