The following vacant land Parcels totaling 72+/- acres will be offered by Public Auction. Each Parcel is located on Sheridan Dr at the northern edge of Lancaster, OH (Pleasant Twp/Fairfield County). Parcels are south of Rainbow Dr. Auction will be conducted at the Pleasant Twp Fire house located at SR188 & Coonpath Rd.

 

Parcel 1 (Tax ID-0270035930)- Consists of approximately 29.51+/- acres on the east side of Sheridan Dr & borders the new Thomas Ewing  school. This parcel is vacant farm ground currently zoned R-3 Multi Family.

Parcel 2 (Tax ID-027003900)- Consists of approximately 21.93+/- acres also on the east side of Sheridan Dr & adjoining Parcel 1. This parcel is vacant farm ground currently zoned R-3 Multi Family.
