DIRECTIONS: From Hickory: Take US Highway 321 North. From the Highway 321 bridge at the county line, go 2.6 miles. Turn LEFT onto Glenn Ridge Drive (in front of Lamar Advertising). Storage Warehouse on RIGHT. 

                        From Lenoir: Take US Highway 321 South. In Granite Falls, Turn RIGHT onto Glenn Ridge Drive (next to Lamar Advertising). Storage Warehouse on RIGHT. 

 

In accordance with the applicable North Carolina Statutes Chapter 44: Statutory Liens and Charges; Article 4: Self-Service Storage Facilities - the tenants of auctioned storage units are in default of rent for their units AND Yount Auction and Realty has been retained to sell the units in question.

 

AT TIME OF ADVERTISEMENT THERE ARE 6 UNITS TO BE SOLD!

 

It is advised that you call the facility early Saturday morning to see the exact number of units being available or if they still have delinquents to be sold. Owners have the right to pay up until the time of auction.

 

The auction only takes a few minutes so don't be late. 

Some units are large and some are small. Many packed full with Household furnishings, tools, furniture, office furniture, home decor, etc, etc. Some units may have only a handful of items.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. CASH ONLY. No items located within offered units may be removed until after full payment has been made.

 

2. All units to be sold in their entirety AS IS - WHERE IS; with no warranties or guarantees of any kind; expressed or implied, and Auctioneer makes NO REPRESENTATIONS as to the condition of the items.

 

3. 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM

 

4. NC Sales Tax of SIX & THREE-QUARTERS (6.75%) charged on all sales. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

5.  The only viewing allowed, will be from the OUTSIDE of the unit once the lock is removed and the door is opened. LOCKS CUT AT SALE TIME. You will have only a few minutes to examine. You will not be allowed to touch anything in the unit.

 

6.  All merchandise is to be removed from the unit purchased and premises within 48 Hours. A Cleaning Deposit of $50 will be required regardless of when you are emptying unit. Deposits will be returned to the buyer after the storage unit has been handed back to the Facility Manager in a “broom clean” condition.

 

7.   Bring your own security padlock.

 

8.  If firearms, drugs (legal or illegal), alcohol or personal records or documents are found in said units by buyers, buyer agrees to return these to Landlord IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

 

9.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!

 

10.  Any oral statement from the auction block takes precedence over any previously printed material.

 

11.  A VALID Driver’s License is required to register in order to bid

The buyer does hereby assume and does agree to indemnify and hold the auctioneer and seller harmless from any future claim which shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset as being purchase.  Announcements made on sale day take precedent over any previously printed material.  Not responsible for accidents.
