Mahogany case with arched molded cornice above an astragal arched door, the
top fitted with brass carrying handle. The 7″ arched silvered brass dial with
matte center with date aperture and time and strike apertures, all within a
Roman numeral chapter ring within an Arabic chapter ring within cast brass
floral scrolling spandrels. A strike silent dial within the silvered arch
inscribed in script Marm Storr London. The twin train fusee movement striking
on a single bell. Brass back plate decorated overall with scrolling
brightwork. SIZE: 15″ h x 10-1/2″ w of case x 7″ d. CONDITION: Movement
appears intact. Face and dial also appear original. Case has been refinished
and appears to have old restorations. Generally good. |

made in 20th Century Mass., this exceptionally exquisite Secretary Desk is
fitted with a fan-carved, stepped and serpentine interior. There are 11 small
drawers and 3 secret compartments in the lower interior section. The upper
section is fitted with 3 small drawers and 2 removable shelves. The use of
the raised panel tombstone doors is characteristic of the Queen Anne nature
of this desk/bookcase. As on most of the finer secretaries, candle slides
emerge just below the bottom of the 2 doors. Height - 78 1/4, Width -
37" , Depth - 22" , Writing Height - 30 1/2". Original Retail Price was $19,325.00 and
this was last of the lots of his most sought-after designs purchased by Ed

An
ornate antique early 19th century wooden flax wheel with wonderful turned
bone accents etc. This parlor wheel is similar to one illustrated in
"The Book of Spinning Wheels" by Joan Whittaker Cummer on page 131.
This wheel is probably English and appears to be mahogany. The finish is
original with some flaking. The wheel rim is filled with lead to give it
momentum. The turning are elegant. The lower horizontal bar is fitted with a vertical
wooden screw which levels the upper bar. There is some stripping of the
turnings in the screw but it does function. The dimensions are: 32"
height, 14.5" length - using the feet 17.5" length, 11" width
and Wheel 8 turned spokes - 16" in diameter. |

3/4" diameter and which is approximately 12" tall (not including
original wrought iron yoke etc) . The Jones Bell Foundry was formed in 1852
by James Hitchcock (who was related to both the Hanks and Meneely families
the other famous Troy N.Y. Bell manufacturers) and Ebner Jones in Troy New
York at the corner of Adams and First Street (moved to Southwest corner in
1854). Company changed its name to
Jones & Co after 1857 until it closed in 1887. Bell is marked Jones &
Co Troy N.Y. 1859 at shoulder and comes on a later wooden bell housing.
Condition - bell is in excellent condition with no cracks or other damage
with its all original untouched patina. The later wooden bell housing is
quite weathered as shown. |

genre and landscape scenes and illustrated some WW2 manuals as well as
produced commercial cover art. Hammells commercial art has been displayed at

All Bidders must properly register in order to
bid in an auction we are conducting, whether it is in person; by phone; by
completing an Absentee Bid form or leaving an absentee bid by calling us; or
on-line internet bidding - agree to be bound by these terms.
1. 1. All Bidders must register with their Name, Permanent Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number(s) prior to the auction. Bidders (unless known to us) must present a valid drivers license. Any Absentee Bid by a Bidder will require a valid Credit Card. Our firm reserves the right to bar any registrant; 2. Absentee Bidding are provided via left bids, email, telephone bidding and LiveAuctioneers.com.. Registration for Absentee Bids should be done in a timely manner at least 4 hours before time of auction. All absentee bids are executed competitively. Phone Bids will be accommodated based on availability phone bids do not apply for Lots containing firearms or ammo; 3. Absentee Bids, including on-line bids, must be paid within 10 days of auction. Bank or Cashiers check is preferable, but credit card is fine. 4. Attending auction Premiums are :17% Buyers Premium for Cash or Good Check 19% Credit Card; 5. On-line Services (live Auctioneers) Premium is: 25%; 6. If payment is with a check, we reserve the right to hold the item(s) purchased until check clears; 7. A successful bid (purchase price) will include: Hammer Price, Applicable Buyers Premium and NY State Sales Tax ; 8. All Sales are Final and sold AS IS with No Refunds ; 9. NY State Dealers & Out-of-State Dealers are required to properly register with this firm with a valid tax numbers and business information ; 10. We have tried to describe items accurately, but the responsibility for condition and authenticity is Solely on the Bidder ; 11. Successful bidders are fully responsible for removal of items purchased, including any shipping and insurance related costs and arrangements ; 12. Any item(s) left at facility over 20 days will be subject to storage fees ($45 per week) ; 13. Absentee Bids will be executed competitively by this firm. This process is a matter of convenience to customers and therefore this firm is not responsible for errors in execution or failure to execute bids. 14. Note on Firearms: All laws and regulations regarding the sale of firearms and/or ammunition will be strictly followed and adhered to. The viewing will take place the day of the auction, but no transfer will take place at our auction site, that will take place only at Firefly Firearms LLC, 1261 Libby Ave., Schenectady, NY 12309, email:[email protected], 518-225-2035, whom will be onsite the day of the auction as well. Any FFL related costs are additional to a successful bidder and to be paid to Firefly Firearms LLC. Do not bid if you cannot pass a background a background check.

Schillaci & Shultis will use the professional services of the licensed FFL Dealer:
Firefly FireArms (FFFA), 1216 Libby Ave., Schenectady, New York, 12309 ,
518-225-2035 for all FFL related services and shipping. Buyers will need to
contact Firefly Firearms Arm directly after auction to pay all related FFL
& Shipping charges and any requirements needed to receive their purchase.
. Lots are subject to all applicable state and local
taxes, unless appropriate resale permits are on file with TFAAS prior to
invoicing. Bidder agrees to pay TFAAS the actual amount of tax due in the event
that sales tax is not properly collected due to: 1) an expired, inaccurate, or
inappropriate tax certificate or declaration, 2) an incorrect interpretation of
the applicable statute, 3) or any other reason. The appropriate form or
certificate must be on file and verified by CTFA five days prior to Auction, or
tax must be paid; only if such form or certificate is received by CTFA within 4
days after the Auction can a refund of tax paid be made. Lots from different auctions
may not be aggregated for sales tax purposes.
ANTIQUE FIREARMS: Per BATF: The term antique firearm
means any firearm (including any firearm with a matchlock, flintlock,
percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system) manufactured in or before
1898; or any replica of any firearm described in subparagraph (A) if such
replica? is not designed or redesigned for using rimfire or conventional
centerfire fixed ammunition, or uses rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed
ammunition which is no longer manufactured in the United States and which is
not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade; or any
muzzle loading rifle, muzzle loading shotgun, or muzzle loading pistol, which
is designed to use black powder, or a black powder substitute, and which cannot
use fixed ammunition. For purposes of this subparagraph, the term antique
firearm shall not include any weapon which incorporates a firearm frame or
receiver, any firearm which is converted into a muzzle loading weapon, or any
muzzle loading weapon which can be readily converted to fire fixed ammunition
by replacing the barrel, bolt, breechblock, or any combination thereof.? FFL:
Federal Firearms Licensee with a current and valid license to be a firearms
Dealer / Manufacturer / Importer CURIO & RELIC HOLDER (FFFA can transfer
C&R long guns to out of state buyers that hold those licenses but not
handguns. All handguns must go FFL TO FFL. ) :
FFL type 03 or C&R license or Collector NFA (National Firearms Act of 1934)
Weapons (commonly called Class 3): A shotgun having a barrel or barrels of
less than 18 inches in length; A weapon made from a shotgun if such weapon as
modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of
less than 18 inches in length; A rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than
16 inches in length; A weapon made from a rifle if such weapon as modified has
an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 16
inches in length; Any other weapon, as defined in subsection (e); A machine
gun; Any silencer (as defined in section 921 of title 18, United States Code);
and A destructive device. DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES: A missile having an explosive or
incendiary charge of more than 1/4 oz. Any type of weapon by whatever name known
which will, or which may readily be converted to expel a projectile, by the
action of an explosive or other propellant, the barrel or barrels of which have
a bore greater than one-half inch in diameter. A combination of parts designed
and intended for use in converting a device into a destructive device and from
which a destructive device can be readily assembled. MODERN FIREARMS: Any
firearm that does not already classify as a C&R, NFA Weapon or Antique and
is under the purview of the Gun Control Act of 1968 and NYS Safe Act Exceptions
may apply..
Online
bidding through Live Auctioneers.com and other bidding platforms may be
available. These terms and conditions apply, as well as additional terms and
conditions for each third-party platform. These Terms & Conditions will
take deference over any posted online terms and agreements. A surcharge may be
added for third party online platforms.
FIREARMS
TRANSFER AND ELIGIBILITY: All
firearm transfers will be in strict accordance with all International, Federal,
State and local laws. Buyer is responsible for adhering to all country, state
and local laws before bidding. If a bidder is unable to import, purchase, own,
or receive a firearm for any reason, they should not bid on these items. If a
buyer later determines they cannot legally own a firearm or accept delivery,
the bid is still a valid contract, and the buyer is still obligated to remit
payment in accordance with payment terms. We do not offer returns, refunds or
cancellations on the basis of ineligibility or failure to facilitate transfer.
DENIAL OF TRANSFER: If Denied by FBI /
NICS background check buyers will not be able to take possession of the firearm
and the firearm will be consigned to the next available firearm auction.
Dealers and Individuals that bid on and win items own the items and are fully
responsible for payment within terms regardless of whether the FBI / NICS
approves their taking physical possession of the items. We will not cancel the
sale due to disapproval for any reason. If a buyer is appealing a Denied
decision, we will hold the firearm for a grace period of only 30 days after
that buyer forfeits purchase.
IN-PERSON
PICKUP OR TRANSFERS:
Only the person to whom the bidder number is registered may accept transfer of
the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale at FFFAs location only. Federal
Law disallows anyone else from accepting the transfer. Buyers may not bid on or
pay for modern firearms on behalf of another party. Modern Firearms (1898 and
later) Can be picked up in person with a valid NY Pistol Permit or applicable
Certificate can be picked up by FFL Licensee or listed responsible person with Live
Copy of License Eligible Curio & Relic Firearms can be picked by C&R
Holders with Live Copy of license. Non New York Residents (without FFL or
C&R) may not pick up modern or NFA firearms in person at our FFL
Representative (Fire Fly Fire Arms - FFFA). Antique Firearms can be picked up
in person with valid photo ID by persons over the age of 18 at our facility. No
background check required, all states of residence eligible. Non-Guns may be
picked up by any eligible buyer (or buyers agent) with a valid photo ID.
AMMUNITION: Any buyer receiving ammunition in the
State of NY must possess a Valid NY Pistol Permit, Long Gun Certificate, or
Ammunition Certificate per state laws and NYS Safe Act exceptions may apply.
Buyers must be at least 21 yoa,.
SHIPPING: Shipping and transportation costs are the
responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for a set transfer fee for both handgun and
long guns of $30 plus a set shipping price of $40 for both handguns and long
guns (This may increase as a result of new regulations/laws). Insurance is
optional to be paid by buyer. Modern firearms are legally required to be
shipped to a BATF licensed FFL business within their state of residence for
transfer. For states that allow shipment of C&R firearms to the C&R
license holder, FFFA reserves the right to ship those C&R firearms to the
address listed on C&R license. Modern handguns only ship via UPS 2-Day Air
or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Modern long guns are shipped via UPS ground. IT IS
THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THEIR RECEIVING FFL AND ARRANGE TRANSFER
AND FFL REMITTANCE. The receiving dealer must submit a new shipping copy of
their FFL for each auction invoice. FFLs are not kept on file. FFLs should be

FFFA is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Buyers must verify
the shipping address listed on their invoice prior to shipment. Standard items
packed internally by FFFA will ship approximately one to fourteen business days
after payment AND applicable paperwork (FFL) is received. INSURANCEOVERSIZE:
Certain auction items exceed standard shipping fees and may require over-sized
and heavy shipping surcharges. AMMUNITION: Any ammo transfer will be the buyers additional cost for shipping
of ammo will be based on weight of the lot, buyer will need to contact TFAAS to
arrange shipping transfer legally.
