TERMS for this AUCTION (If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but kindly do not bid. If you do not understand these terms or have other questions, please ask the auctioneer BEFORE bidding.
It's pretty simple:
#1 Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS without guarantees of any kind -written, expressed or implied. Buyers need to inspect items BEFORE bidding.
#2 All items must be paid for before you leave the auction premises day of auction, regardless of when you will be picking them up. No items may be removed before full payment.
#3 Forms of Payment: CASH or PRE-APPROVED check. You are required to have a letter of credit from your financial institution upon registering for a bidder number if you are paying by check. If prior payment arrangements have not been made, please consult with the auctioneer or the cashier BEFORE bidding to confirm your available payment options/arrangements.
#4 Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable auction purchases. Dealers who will be purchasing for resale MUST present a valid RESALE CERTIFICATE with the cashier. No refunds of sales tax can be made after settlement. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
****Any and all RESALE CERTIFICATES will be validated day of auction. If results show "INVALID", then you will have to pay sales tax. NO EXCEPTIONS!!****
#5 A 10% Buyers Premium will be included in the final total due for buyer's purchases. For example, if you bid $ 50.00 for an item, the buyer's premium will be $ 5.00, making the total $ 55.00 plus any applicable tax and/or other fees.
#6 A notary fee of $ 25.00 per title must be paid in addition to your auction purchases.
OTHER INFORMATION: Any deletions and/or additions to the auction will be announced, however, the owners reserve the right to add or withdraw lots prior to bidding WITHOUT prior notice. Also, any announcement on the day of the auction shall take precedence over any previously distributed information or advertising. Please listen carefully to opening announcements as they are important. Auctioneer may announce additional information or terms during the course of the auction, especially as it relates to certain specific items and removal times.
