After generations in this exquisite and fun home, our client has moved to a retirement center after the passing of his wife. Both husband and wife have lived in Elgin and Sleepy Hollow their entire lives. Dozens of tables containing hundreds of items will represent this home. Every room including the garage and shed carry appropriate quality. Expect two auction rings at the same time at some point of the day. We are happy to be joined by Cesaroni Real Pit BBQ food trailer for lunch!

VIEWING: Beginning at 9:30 AM auction day.

Valid, U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover cards. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments.
We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day.


Removals must be completed and off the property no later than 60 minutes after the auction OR between 10-1 on Sunday, June 12th. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters.
