After 10+ years of business, this successful, side-by-side pair of stores, filling 8,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, is closing and its owners are retiring. Join us as we sell all remaining contents, include antique, vintage, and used inventory, free-standing display cabinets, cupboards, and shelving, decorations, tools, office/kitchen equipment, and more. Inventory includes furniture, home accessories, collectibles, linens/fabrics, jewelry, artwork, glass, pottery, baskets, electronics, and more! Everything must go! TERMS OF SALE: 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (10% w/cash or check with proper ID) and 6% Vermont Sales Tax as applicable; all items sold AS IS, WHERE IS; all sales final. Refreshments WILL NOT be available. BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL!!
Most/all items will be sold in place and left in place; buyer owns and is responsible for items as soon as bid is won. Full payment for all items won is due the day of the auction and prior to removal of merchandise from the building. Buyer is responsible for removing all purchased items from the location by Monday, May 23 at 5PM, unless other arrangements are made with auctioneer and/or owner.
PICK UP: Three spaces will be reserved in front of the stores for pick up. All items must be removed by Monday, May 23 at 5PM unless other arrangements are made with auctioneer and/or owner. Pick-up Times: Saturday, May 21 (day of sale) until 7PM; Sunday, May 22: 8AM-5PM; Monday, May 23, 10AM-5PM.
