From Christiansburg VA – Riner Road South (Route 8 South) towards Floyd VA, When you cross Little River into Floyd County VA Riner Road South (Route South) turn in to Webbs Mill Road South (Route 8 South), Right on Beaver Creek Road, go approximately 1.3 mile and take a right on right of way accessing property at 779 Beaver Creek Road, go approximately .4 mile to beginning of property. Pre-Auction Sales: As an agent for the Seller, the Auctioneer must present any and all bona fide written offers to the Seller, which may be created outside of the online bidding platform.  Therefore, all properties are subject to pre-auction sales. 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to final high bid to arrive at contract price. Earnest Money Deposit of $5,000 required on day of sale (November 10th 2021). Close on or before December 31st2021.
