Offering 1 consists of 2.96 acres of wooded land and Offering 2 consists of 2.67 acres. Each lot has beautiful views of farmland on the backside and would be great for clearing to build. Bidders have the option to purchase one lot or both. To purchase both lots, bidder must have high bid on both lots. Both tracts will remain open until all bidding is complete.  The properties are located between 1260 and 1402 Sunny Ridge Rd and accessed by right of way.
