#1    The property is upheld to Section 440 of the Little Britain Township Zoning Ordinance "Keeping of Livestock on Lots Less Than 20 Acres in Size

#2    There are no rights for a commercial business on the property.

#3    The house is a single-family dwelling unit. 

#4    Should anyone desire to double the house they will need to provide documentation to this office on what the property looked like in September of 1992 (when the Township  started tracking building rights). If the property was subdivided between September of 1992 and present day, no rights remain.  If there were no subdivisions performed the property owner has the potential for one right, which can be used to subdivide or land develop (double the house or second house on the same property). You would need to track the deeds backwards to obtain this information for potential buyers.
