10% non-refundable Down Payment Due on Day of Auction, Balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by December 24, 2021. The Farmstead & Farmland are both available immediately upon closing. The Farmland is available for the 2022 Spring Planted Crops—Open Tenancy. The Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure. Any Mineral Rights owned by the Sigma Trust will be passed to the purchaser. We are selling the property in its AS-IS present condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
