Tract #1: +/- 62.5 acres of gently sloping land with south end bordering Old US Rt 50. Includes 60.5 acres of productive farmland with the remainder in timber. Land is just west of Beckemeyer.

Tract #2: +/- 28.1 acres of gently sloping land with south end bordering Old US Rt 50. Includes 19.5 acres of productive farmland with the remainder in timber. The west end of tract is contiguous with Tract #1. Property is just west of Beckemeyer.
