Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services has been commissioned by the Gamble estate to sell the real estate and personal property in order to settle the estate.


The property, located in Morgan Township, consists of a brick home having a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms, full bath and additional storage areas on the main floor. This home has 1,450 sq. ft. on the main floor and basement.

The basement has an open floor plan where the gas furnace, hot water tank and updated electrical breaker box are located. There is a vast amount of open floor space in the dry basement. There is also a half bath in the basement.

There is a front porch and a large rear covered porch. The home is situated on a level lot and has a small wooded lot in the back of the property.
