154 HEAD OF DAIRY CATTLE CONSISTING OF 68 milk cows on official DHIA test with a 26000# herd average and under 150 SCC, 3.8% fat, 3.0% protein. 16 were fresh in the last 60 days and 14 are due by November 30th. These cattle have not been pushed and are young and of good breeding. There are 20 heifers, short-bred to springing; 20 heifers, ready to breed; 12 heifers, 9 to 12 months; 11 heifers, 6 to 8 months; 6 heifers, 5 months; 10 heifers, 2 to 4 months; 1 calf, 1 month; (2) Steers, 7 to 8 months. Cattle are on monthly herd health, and heifers will be pregnancy checked by a veterinarian prior to the sale. Catalogs will be available on day of sale. If you need herd replacements be sure to attend.
