POSSESSION: Purchaser's Possession will be delivered upon day of final closing.
CLOSING REQUIREMENTS: Closing of this Real Estate shall occur on or before December 5, 2019 with Title Company Closing Fee and Survey Cost to be shared equally (50/50) between the Buyer and Seller.
