Terms for Online Buyers: A 3% buyers fee will apply to online Real estate purchase, an 8% buyers fee for online equipment purchases, Credit Payments must be made through our website no later than 5:00 pm auction day. Real Estate: A 10% down payment is due buy the purchaser at end of auction. The balance is due on or before November, 19th, 2019. The sellers will provide a good merchantable general warranty deed, copy of survey and property taxes will be prorated between purchaser and sellers at closing. Title insurance is available at purchasers’ expense. The purchaser is responsible for all other closing cost. Homes built prior to 1978 may contain lead based paints. In accordance with federal law you have 10 day days prior to the auction to have the home tested using a non-destructive method. Otherwise you will be required to sign a form waving this right.
