Selling at auction, 272.3 contingent acres of prime farm ground, 244.4 tillable Acres. We will offer this farm in 3 existing tracts, and then offer as a whole farm.

This farm is located in Florence township of Williams county Ohio, and lies on the North side of County Road K, between Road 5 & Road 6. 

Parcel 1: is 38.8 acres of tillable farm ground with 1.5 acres of CRP.  2225’ of frontage on Road 5, 585’ of frontage on north side of Williams Co Road K. 

Parcel 2: is 116.49 acres of mostly tillable farm ground with 13 acres of woods. 1560’ of frontage on north side of Williams Co Road K. 

Parcel 3: is 116.96 acres of mostly tillable farm ground with 11 acres of woods. 1650’ of frontage on the north side of Williams Co Road K. 

We will be offering the farm in parcels, and then offer the farm as a whole. Selling in the form that brings highest return to the sellers. This farm consists of primarily Blount Loam and Pewamo Silty Clay loam soils on 0 to 2 percent slopes.  This farm lays a half section deep, and all fields are contingent, making it an unusually large field for our area, and well suited for current agricultural practices.  The Farm Service Agency records show a corn base of 103.2acres, soybean base of 84.2acres, wheat base of 55.5acres, and a 1.49acre CRP waterway.
